Returns and Exchanges

Our priority is that you are satisfied with your order. We will gladly accept returns on all unworn, undamaged and unaltered items initiated within 10 days of receiving your order and exchanges on all orders within 30 days.

Contact us at support@fridaysky.com to start the return process and receive authorization. 

For domestic orders, you may request a pre-paid return label, the cost of which (an estimated $15) will be deducted from your total at the time we process your return. Alternatively, you can create your own return label and manage the shipment yourself. Once you’ve received a return authorization, you have up to 3 business days to mail your return.

For international orders, you will be responsible to create and track the return package on your end, as we are unable to generate international return shipping labels. Once created, please send us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for your shipment.  Please be aware that there might be additional charges related to shipping, import duties, customs, and local sales taxes in the import country. If you need any assistance regarding these charges, we recommend reaching out to your local customs bureau directly.

Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account as our team inspects the original item after we have received it. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Friday Sky reserves the right to offer store credit when returns are not sent back in original packaging or are in new condition.
